- Order processing time
All orders will enter the processing process after we confirm the inventory and payment status. Normally, order processing time is 1 to 2 working days, starting from the time you complete payment. The processing steps include final quality inspection before goods leave the warehouse, professional shock-proof packaging, attachment verification and logistics order number generation. During weekends and statutory holidays, processing time may be delayed. For customized or special orders requiring additional appraisal, processing time will be notified separately.
- Delivery method and timeliness
We cooperate with a number of professional logistics service providers to intelligently match the most suitable delivery plan based on the delivery address of the order, the value of the goods and the service level you choose. The reference time limit for standard delivery is 2 to 5 working days to major city addresses after issue. The time limit in remote areas may be extended to 5 to 7 working days. For high-value bags (over a certain amount), we will automatically upgrade to express delivery or personal delivery service. This service requires you to present a valid ID when signing for receipt and cooperate with unpacking verification. The specific time limit is 1 to 3 working days after delivery. All delivery services provide full logistics tracking numbers, which you can check in real time through the order details page or the official website of the logistics carrier.
- Freight rules
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total order amount, product weight, packaging volume and selected delivery method. The system will clearly display the shipping amount on your checkout page, and no additional fees will be charged before confirmation. During some activities, orders that meet the minimum consumption amount can enjoy free shipping service. The specific threshold is subject to the prompts on the checkout page. If the item is re-delivered, changed in address or returned for re-delivery due to the recipient’s fault, you will be responsible for the relevant shipping costs.
- Things to note when signing for receipt
To protect your rights and interests, please be sure to sign for it in person or entrust a person with full responsibility to sign for it. Before signing for receipt, please carefully check whether the outer packaging is intact and whether the seal is complete. If you find obvious damage, extrusion, or signs of secondary sealing on the outer packaging, please take a video of the unpacking and confirm the condition of the contents with the logistics staff on the spot. Once you sign for the goods, you are deemed to have approved that the goods have a smooth appearance, complete accessories and normal functions at the time of delivery. For high-value orders that require dedicated delivery, you must cooperate to complete the identity verification and fill in the receipt form, otherwise the logistics party has the right to postpone delivery.
- Transportation risks and insurance
Each item shipped has been fully insured with transportation insurance based on the actual transaction amount, and the insurance costs are borne by us. If loss, theft or major damage occurs during transportation, we will cooperate with you and the logistics party to initiate the claim settlement process, and handle refunds or reissues before the claim settlement is completed. Please understand that the transportation risks caused by you providing an incorrect address, being unreachable by phone, or refusing to cooperate with the signature process will be borne by you.
- Change of address and incomplete delivery
If you need to change the delivery address, please contact customer service within 1 hour after placing the order; once the package has been sent, address changes will require re-billing as an address change service and may cause delivery delays. Packages that have failed to be delivered three times in a row or have not been picked up beyond the storage period of the logistics network will be returned to our warehouse. After returning, if you need to reship, you will need to pay the full shipping fee again.
