By successfully placing an order, you are deemed to have understood and accepted the following terms.
- Important tips for the signing process
To protect your rights, please open the package and inspect the goods on the spot when the courier is present. If you find that the product is shipped in the wrong way, is obviously damaged, or is seriously inconsistent with the order, you can refuse to accept it and contact us immediately through the customer service channel published on the website. Once you or your authorized collector sign to confirm receipt, it will be deemed that the appearance, quantity and accessories of the goods are intact when delivered.
- Applicable rules for returns within seven days without reason
This website supports no-reason return applications within seven days from the day after receipt. The goods applying for return must meet the following conditions: the goods themselves, all original accessories (dust bags, packaging boxes, ID cards, instructions, etc.), the gifts we provide and the complete outer packaging are all intact and have not been used, modified, cleaned or maintained in any way; any disposable anti-tamper labels or seals attached by us on the goods must be intact. Any merchandise that has had its tamper-evident label removed, has shown signs of use, or has undergone appraisal or care services will not be accepted for return without reason.
- Returns and exchanges for product quality problems
If the product is confirmed to be non-genuine by a third-party appraisal agency or manufacturer recognized by both parties (this situation is extremely rare), or if there is non-human structural damage that existed before signing for receipt (such as broken hardware and naturally separated stitches), we will provide you with a full refund after verification and bear the return shipping costs. For returns or exchanges due to personal subjective preferences (such as color difference between the color and the picture, inappropriate size, or leather softness and hardness not meeting expectations), please refer to the above-mentioned no-reason return rules.
- Return, Exchange and Refund Arrangements
Please contact customer service through the official channel of the website and submit clear product photos and order information. Only after obtaining return authorization can you send the product back to the designated address. Within five working days after we receive the returned goods and inspect them as qualified, we will process the refund according to the original payment route. The shipping fee incurred for the original order (including shipping fee during delivery) will not be refunded. Whether the handling fee incurred during the payment process will be refunded shall be subject to the rules of the payment service provider. Exchanges only support products of the same style and color, and are subject to stock availability.
- Returns and exchanges are not accepted under the following circumstances:
Customized or specially ordered goods, damage caused by your improper use (including but not limited to scratches, stains, deformation, missing accessories), and any goods that have been repaired or modified privately are not accepted for returns or exchanges.
