Become a Seller
Thank you for your attention to the seller cooperation program of this website. We always believe that every luxury bag with heritage value and craftsmanship soul deserves to be taken seriously. If you have reliable supply channels, professional identification capabilities, and want to present your products to a wider range of quality consumer groups, we welcome you to learn about the following cooperation framework.
- What kind of partners are we looking for?
We hope to establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships with sellers who have the following characteristics: You have legal, clear and verifiable supply channels, and can explain the source path of each bag (including but not limited to personal collection, second-hand recycling, buyer purchasing, brand authorized dealer, etc.) ; You have or are willing to receive professional authenticity identification training, and agree with our core quality control principle of “identify first, then put on shelves”; you can provide authentic, high-definition, multi-angle pictures of the products, and provide objective and truthful text descriptions of the bag’s condition, accessories, and traces of use. We do not currently accept products from unknown sources, whose authenticity cannot be confirmed, or products that are suspected of infringement.
- Introduction to cooperation model
We offer two main ways of working together. The first is the consignment model: you send the goods to our designated warehouse, and they will be put on the shelves for sale after being identified and photographed. After the goods are sold, we charge service fees according to the agreed commission ratio, and the remaining balance will be settled with you within the agreed period after the sale. Unsold goods can be returned at any time. The second is the supply model: as a supplier, you supply us with goods in bulk that have been mutually confirmed by both parties as to their authenticity and quality. We buy them out in one go and are responsible for subsequent sales and after-sales services. The specific model to be adopted will be determined based on your product type, inventory quantity and the results of negotiations between the two parties.
- Basic process for sellers to settle in
The first step is to submit your intention to settle through the official channels announced on this website, briefly describing your supply type, estimated monthly supply quantity, main price range and whether you have appraisal qualifications. In the second step, our cooperation team will conduct a preliminary screening within five working days after receiving the information and communicate with you about supplementary materials (such as supply certification documents, product sample photos, etc.). In the third step, both parties sign an electronic version of the cooperation agreement, clarifying the commission ratio, settlement cycle, division of return and exchange responsibilities, and dispute resolution mechanism. In the fourth step, you complete the first entry of product information and sample submission for inspection in accordance with the requirements of the agreement. After the entire process is completed, you will get an exclusive seller’s backend account, and you can upload products, view sales data, and initiate settlement applications.
- Responsibilities and obligations of the seller
As a partner, you need to promise that each product meets our published authenticity standards, and authorize us to send the product to a third-party appraisal agency for review when necessary. If it is confirmed to be non-genuine, you must accept the return unconditionally and bear all the identification and logistics costs incurred; if this happens twice or more in total, the cooperation agreement will be automatically terminated. In addition, you should ensure that the product description you upload contains sufficient detailed information (such as size, year, hardware and leather condition, accessory list, etc.), and you must not use misleading images or deliberately conceal major flaws. All sales and after-sales services (including returns and exchanges) achieved through this website will be uniformly responsible to consumers in our name, but the final cost of returns and exchanges will be shared or recovered with you based on the attribution of responsibility.
- Settlement and Expense Instructions
We do not charge any deposit or annual fee before moving in. Relevant expenses will only be deducted according to the agreed proportion after actual sales occur. The settlement cycle is usually within ten working days after the goods are confirmed to be delivered to the consumer and the seven-day no-reason return period expires. You can initiate a withdrawal application through the seller’s backend, and the money will be remitted to your reserved collection account. In terms of freight: the first logistics cost of sending to our warehouse is borne by you; the return freight of unsold goods is determined by both parties through negotiation; if sold goods are returned by consumers due to our responsibility, the relevant losses will not be borne by you.
- Termination of cooperation and withdrawal
You can apply to withdraw from cooperation and remove all products for sale at any time. All unsettled amounts for sold goods will be settled after the last order completes the after-sales retroactive period (usually thirty days after sale). If we unilaterally terminate cooperation due to violation of the core terms of this policy (such as counterfeit sales, malicious fraud, forgery of supply documents), the unsettled funds will be used first to offset appraisal fees, compensation and freight losses, and the remaining balance can be paid.
We look forward to working with you who truly respect the rules of the luxury goods industry, are honest and trustworthy, and love this career.
