Thank you for your trust and attention to this website. We understand that when purchasing luxury bags, some customers still want to be able to touch the leather, look at the hardware, and feel the subtle changes in the physical object under light. To this end, we have established cooperative relationships with professional luxury goods consignment stores, appraisal service agencies and brand collection stores in many cities to provide you with offline appointment experience and self-pickup services. Below are important instructions related to Find a Store.

  1. Types of offline cooperation outlets

Our offline cooperation outlets are mainly divided into three categories: the first category is independent luxury goods buyer stores that have been reviewed by us. The stores usually display some of the bags that are on sale on our platform at the same time. You can go to try them on and physically inspect them after making an appointment; the second category are third-party stores with appraisal qualifications. Third-party service points mainly undertake local pick-up and inspection services for our online orders and do not conduct on-site sales; the third category is temporary tour exhibition or consignment event venues, which are held regularly in specific commercial complexes or art spaces. The opening hours and locations are subject to the website announcement. All cooperative outlets are not affiliated with us and are independent partnerships with each other.

  1. How to find the nearest service point

You can enter the city name or landmark information on the “Find Stores” page of this website, and the system will automatically show you the contracted outlets that currently support the following three types of services: support self-pickup of goods, support physical inspection (only for orders that have been purchased and transferred to this outlet), and support on-site purchasing (that is, display of inventory on sale on the platform). Each outlet page will clearly list its specific services, opening hours, documents required for reservations, and public transportation guidelines. Please note that some outlets are only open to customers who have placed an order and selected the “store pickup” method, and do not accept temporary visits without an appointment.

  1. Reservation and arrival process

In order to avoid invalid waiting and ensure your private shopping experience, all offline services must be reserved online in advance through this website. You can follow the steps below: Select “Store Pickup” or “Reservation to See the Goods” on the product details page or order settlement page; select a location and time period that is convenient for you from the optional outlets filtered by the system; fill in the name of the person making the appointment and the first and last six digits of the valid ID number (only for identity verification, we will not store it in full); bring the same ID you used when placing the order to the outlet at the agreed time. Upon arrival, the staff will check the reservation code and ID information, and guide you through the follow-up process. If you are late for more than fifteen minutes, the appointment may be invalid and needs to be rescheduled.

  1. Special instructions for store pickup

Customers who choose to pick up the goods at the store are required to open the package on the spot and check whether the integrity of the product, the list of accessories and the quality are consistent with the online description. Once you sign and confirm the delivery note and leave the store with the goods, subsequent problems with appearance defects or missing accessories will be handled according to the general after-sales process, and the on-site no-reason rejection rules will no longer apply. For high-value bags, some outlets will ask you to cooperate in opening the entire video archive. This video is only used to prevent disputes and trace the origin, and we will not make it public.

  1. Service Scope and Cooperation Statement

Offline outlets currently only cover some cities, and the inventory of each outlet is independent. “Store in stock” displayed online only means that the outlet supports self-pickup or appointment viewing, but does not mean that the goods have been allocated to that address in advance. If you need to transfer goods across cities, additional logistics time and costs may be incurred. The details are subject to customer service communication. We are not responsible for the unauthorized words and deeds of staff at cooperative outlets or for service commitments beyond the agreed scope. If any outlet encounters illegal charges, forced sales, or identification errors, you are welcome to give us feedback, and we will suspend or terminate cooperation with that outlet depending on the circumstances.

We will continue to expand more trustworthy offline service nodes to provide high-end consumers with both trust and convenience.
